Here’s what we’re doing in office

To ensure the safety of our community and patients. As always, if you are sick please stay home. If you have traveled, Please quarantine for 14 days.

  • We will be requiring patients to complete screening survey prior to entering the office

  • Face coverings/masks will be required indoors

  • Frequent sanitizing of high traffic surfaces in addition to routine cleaning.

  • Hand Sanitizer dispensers will be available for use

  • Cashless payments only will be accepted

  • Office capacity will be limited and visits will be by appointment only.
