    GM & FAC(Stellantis) BCBS- chiropractic manipulation is not a contract benefit.

If you are scheduled as a new patient, we’ll be happy to verify benefits to help to make the best decision financially. Unfortunately, for general inquires without an appointment please contact your insurance provider.

*Blue Care Network Patients, a referral from your primary care provider is required before booking initial assessment. Your PCP will need the Doctor’s NPI. Dr.Crystal Wrubel NPI-1316205818, Dr. Shawn Wrubel NPI-1689933798. Please call if you have any questions.

** At this time, only Dr Shawn is able to see HAP & UHC commercial patients, some HAP policies do not have chiropractic benefits. Check your policy.

We do not participate with Medicaid.

For patients with insurance that we are out of network with, we can e-mail a detailed receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Uninsured

For those uninsured or have little insurance coverage we offer affordable arrangements.

  • Initial assessment + (1st treatment) $150-$175

  • Routine Visit is $45-100


Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

Articulation Chiropractic can provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
